MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME

As we continue to grow and expand worldwide at a rapid rate, FINO recognizes the need to effectively recruit and train individuals to be future leaders in all areas of FINO management. Based on this requirement FINO has designed and customized the management training program to attract recent finance & technology graduates who are recognized as having significant abilities, enthusiasm for the industry, and decision making potential to become part of our management team.

Applications for the Corporate Management Training Program are accepted from the candidates of selected institutes only

Various Destinations, One Great Future

Corporate Management Training Programs provides an opportunity to gain hands on experience with various domains in FINO. The duration in length depending on the program concentrations.

Completion of the Corporate Management Training Program prepares trainees for a subsequent Assistant Manager or Manager level position in the division of the training concentration. For example, Operations trainees coming off the program may be placed as an Assistant Manager or Manager in the Finance/ Operations or Products team as a few possibilities.

Upon successful conclusion of the program, trainees will most likely begin their management career in familiar surroundings.
