Joint Liability Group (JLG) is a group of individuals (usually five) who guarantee each other in the group in order to avail a loan. JLG based credit as a concept is scalable and reliable and has been fairly successful in scaling up for the demand of the market. FINO offers end to end service and technology solution for providing JLG loans to the micro customer.  

The product currently offered is a standard "Grameen model" loan product that is given to 5 member women groups and clusters starting from 15 members up to 40 members. The loan is provided for a range of income generating activities.

FINO works on two models:

1. Portfolio is created on Bank books with FINO providing end to end service at very low cost
2. Portfolio is created on FINO books
